Overview

Legal Section provides legal services and ensures compliance with statutory requirements contained in relevant statutes and laws of Kenya.

Functions

• Monitoring legal risks and mitigation measures
• Insuring Company property and Employees
• Developing and reviewing company contracts
• Custodian of all Company legal instruments
• Liaising with Company advocates and regulatory authorities to defend company position during litigation
